Check-In
Check-in will be held from 10 a.m.-noon on the first day of the camp session. All campers will
report to the Everest Indoor Training Facility on the first day of their camp session.
If your last name begins with A-L you will check in from 10-11 a.m.
If your last name begins with M-Z you will check in from 11 a.m.-noon.
DAY CAMPERS will check in from 11:45-noon.
The Everest Indoor Training Center is located east of Jenkins Avenue across the street from Oklahoma
Memorial Stadium. From I-35 take the Lindsey Street East exit. Follow Lindsey Street for approximately
2.5 miles to Jenkins Avenue. Turn left (north) into the first parking entrance past Jenkins. The Everest
Indoor Training Center is the large building south of the track.

At check-in, each camper will pay his tuition balance (if not already paid in full - see “Balance Due”),
receive room assignment and camp rules, and turn in the Medical Waiver Form. Campers in Session 2 & 3
that are renting equipment from the camp will turn in the Equipment Waiver Form and be fitted for
equipment at check-in.
***PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU PLAN TO PAY YOUR BALANCE DUE AT CAMP CHECK-IN, ONLY CREDIT
CARDS, CASHIERS CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS OR CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED
AT CHECK-IN ON THE FIRST DAY OF CAMP.
Athletic Trainers will be available at camp check-in and at all practice sessions to discuss any questions or
concerns regarding campers’ medication or previous/existing injuries.
Campers should not bring their luggage or equipment into the Indoor Facility during check in. Once the check-in process is completed, campers will be directed to Walker Tower to get their room key
and check-in to their rooms.
