Overnight Campers Housing
Overnight Campers will be housed for two nights in Walker Tower, an air-conditioned university residence
hall within walking distance to the camp practice fields. Each room has two beds. Due to fire code only two
people per room are allowed. Two rooms are joined by a bathroom to form a "suite".
Due to insurance issues we are unable to provide on-campus housing to anyone other than registered
overnight campers and then only for the dates that the camp is in session. We will not be able to
accommodate campers that arrive early or stay late. Please see “Location & Facilities” for Norman area

Roommates & Suitemates
Each Overnight Camper may request a roommate and 2 suitemates. To request a roommate and/or
suitemates, complete the “ROOMMMATE/SUITEMATE” portion of the registration form when you register
for camp. Roommate/suitemate requests will only be accepted until May 14. The requested
roommate/suitemate must also complete the registration form and pay the deposit by May 14. Every
effort will be made to accommodate your request. Any camper that does not request a roommate or
suitemate will be assigned with another camper of similar age.
Meals
For Overnight Campers, all meals will be served cafeteria style in Couch Cafeteria. The camp offers an allyou-
can-eat meal plan. There will be a total of 7 meals provided for each camper beginning with lunch on
the first day of camp and ending with lunch on the last day of camp. (See “Daily Schedule”.)
Additionally, campers will have the opportunity to purchase pizza after the evening practice session. (This
is an optional purchase and is not included in the camp tuition. Campers that choose to buy pizza will pay
when they order after each evening practice. This purchase will be cash only and cannot be paid in
advance.)
Housing and Meals are not provided for Day Campers.
