Deadline & Other
Important Information
The deadline to register for any camp session is May
16, 2008. We will accept applications that are postmarked
on or before May 16. Faxed applications and applications
mailed without payment will not be accepted. There
will be no walk-up registration.
Registering before the deadline does not guarantee
a spot in camp. Camps may fill up before the deadline.
Tuition for mailed applications must be paid with check
or money order. Tuition for online applications must
be paid by credit card. A non-refundable deposit of
$100 or the full tuition must accompany the registration
form. (Be sure to include the camper's name and camp
session number on the check or money order.)The $100
deposit is non-refundable.
If you send the deposit only, you must pay the balance
at check-in on the first day of camp. Do not mail the
balance due.
Campers that mail registration will receive confirmation
in the mail of acceptance into camp after the application
has been processed. Campers that register online will
receive immediate online confirmation from Active.com.
Refund Policy
The $100 deposit is non-refundable except in the
case of injury or illness. Written explanation
from the camper's doctor must be provided. If a cancellation
is made for any other reason, tuition will be refunded
less the $100 deposit if the cancellation is made before
camp begins.
There will be no refunds once the camp session has
begun, except in the case of injury or illness. Camp
session begins with check-in. All refund requests must
be submitted in writing and will be processed after
the last camp session has ended.
 Kicking
Camp
The kicking camp is separate from the three-day camps
and registration is only available by mail. Please
print the brochure, complete the registration form
and mail it with the $75 camp fee.
